Pilates Class led by Nora Pajian:
Tuesdays at 5pm in Suite 115 -Heartbeat Church
Thursdays at 6pm in the Kidz Alive room – Heartbeat Church
Also at Fit Nation 1:00pm on several days and 9:30am on Saturday
Cost: $14 per class or $10 per class for Charis and high school students. (10% goes to the church.)
